You can login here https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and change your password in the account panel. It'll change your password to the same one for your account panel, cPanel, and forum account all at once.

If you can't login to the link I gave you, then click on that link to the right of the sign on button that says "I forgot my password." Follow the instructions from there.
