Forgot Username/Email

Hello, I have an account that is suspended so I really need this fast. I have another account on x10 hosting, and it was suspended for inactive, but I forgot my username, and I cant get it back from email as I forgot what it was.

Please help me!

I guess your account wasn't very important to you, then. Ever tried to write anything down?

If you log into your Account Panel, it will show you your username & email.

Well I thought we was only allowed to have 1 account only on x10hosting and not more than one... And he's allowed 2?

no, you really are only allowed one account. My guess is that he created the '2nd' account just for the purpose of getting his old username / email back, at which point he abandoned the '2nd' account in favor of the first account.

If this is the case and the secondary account was abandoned, please file a support ticket requesting that your unused account be deactivated. This reduces the number of accounts on x10Hosting and overall improves the performance of people actually using x10Hosting's services.

@runeps & adamparkzer - agreed on all accounts. I was just giving a possible scenario of why someone might create two accounts other than a more direct 'I just feel like breaking the rules' kind of thing.
