goto public_html/inc/plugins and move all files there to another folder and try it again , if it still continues , download your mybb version from mybb, unzip it and copy the .htaccess code into your site own but if it still continues reinstall mybb by deleting current installation but dont forget to backup database

It appears mod_security is blocking your request as the post body looks "suspicious". What data are you submitting, exactly?
