Yes -- purchase your own domain (like a .com or a .net) and send mail from that domain. As long as you're using a subdomain provided by your hosting provider (yoursubdomain.hostingdomain.tld) you get thrown in the same pile as everyone else in the main domain, so if anyone has been sending spam from the domain, everybody gets treated the same. With your own domain, you're only affected by your own actions.

Hi

But if one yahoo.mail a/c user label my "com. " domain as spam.
Does it mean any mail send out by my formmail to other yahoo mail a/c will be send to the spam folder too?

Only if enough users do it. If enough people say that your email is spam, then it's spam. If you follow the CAN-SPAM guidelines (no "cold" mailing, making sure the users opt-in to your mailings, and giving them an easy way to unsubscribe), there shouldn't be a problem. If you are sending mail that qualifies as spam, then you'll probably be blacklisted.

You do have to watch what you put in your mail, though -- the automatic spam filters look for words and phrases that almost never occur in mail that isn't spam (good luck if you're trying to send out a legitimate newsletter concerning Viagra, for instance). And spelling and grammar matter -- if you send out a lot of mail, all the same, that contains a lot of spelling errors, the spam filter may be triggered.
