Forum account link

I was using my account earlier today and now I cannot use cpanel. I'm assuming it's due to suspension, but I have been logging in to the username iainfuji for both. I just cannot find a way to link them. So I changed my password and created a new forum user. Can the suspension be lifted?

Go to suspension in your account panel to see if you are suspended and if then for what reason.

If you were using iainfuji username for forum an cpanel then just login to http://x10hosting.com/control and see the suspension reason.
No need to create new forum username.

It only says 2 and when I click that I go back to home.
I got a notification, but no reasoning.

I don't understand what 2 means. Automatically resolved doesn't seem to be working.

I got to cpanel through account management panel.
And I think the suspension on my account was lifted since now I can view my main page.
