Hi,
I am trying to access and post to the forum/open issue ticket but the system kept on bumping me out even though I logged in from the account management portal of x10hosting.
Current situation:
I am on BORU server and my site www.shapariya.com has an A Record pointing to the dedicated IP from x10hosting. The problem is that the site has never been loaded from the BORU server for some odd reason. My site shapariya.x10.mx is not operable as well.
THIS IS FROM THE PREVIOUS OPEN SUPPORT TICKET:
Title: A record update to x10hosting does not load website

The following is the description of the problem:
A record -> updated at Registrar to point to dedicated IP of my hosting account
Files -> uploaded a basic index.html page and related images.
Problem: cannot load website. (Connection timed out error)
actions taken: cleared browsing history, cache as well as cookies.
Your attention in getting the site back up again is highly appreciated. Thanks!
