forum and cpanel linkage?

could an admin please check if my hosting account is linked to my forum account

I got this error message when I tried:

An Error Has Occurred
The account specified is missing it's contact email address, this could be caused by one of two things: Either the account does not have a contact email address set, or our backend system has not updated yet. Updates to the backend occur every few hours.

Triple checked that my hosting account and forum account have the same email address (not missing) first tried linking last night, about ten hours ago
