Forum download and closing account

In constraint of the unfunctionality of the service, I need to download the whole directory of my forum (aventhor.x10hosting.com/yabb) in a more direct way, since it possesses near 500 files and the service FTP disconnects me when I try to download such a big operation.
This action carries also my elimination of the service of x10Hosting for his low functionality (I was with a error 500 of server for more of one month, without response in any of my threads)

P.S: The 500 eror is not caused by permission errors or bad marked. It suddenly happened.

We have been having issues recently with the server move which will hopefully in the long run provide a better base for everyones site to grow and flourish.

As for a quicker download you can use the cPanel backup facility to download a copy of your entire home directory (your site is within the public_html folder) and a copy of all your databases in an archive format. The backup is located in backups when using the x2 theme.
