forum error

Hi there, I keep getting this error with my forum and I don't know enough about pHp and SQL to know exactly what it means and how to fix it.
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]
Host 'int.lotus.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' [1129]
An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

If you are getting any unusual errors on Lotus I would suggest simply waiting a little while. Lotus has been having intermittent issues for last couple of days. It appears staff is doing some maintenance.
