Support is a forum here. Ok. I am typing in the search bar - FTP. Nothing - just advanced new page came up. And like this is every time when I need some support. Maybe I need to read some kind of instruction to find something here. But normally - if you type something in the search bar - you get results.

I've got FTP results by pressing on Tag name. Strange system. :tongue:

Support is not usually on one of these Forums. It's on a Ticket system. When you go thru the Account Portal you will see a drop down Tab for Support. Choose to make a ticket.
The fixit fellas are pretty quick around here.
