forum page is just white...

I just loaded SMF from the x10 fantastico section. My header that I created as a top frame works (index.html) but the frame for the body (linked to index.php) is white. When I go to the forum directly, (index.php) it loaded once and I tried to log in to set it up but I got a blank white page. Since then every time I try to get the forum page, it is blank.

Is this something that is being worked on or do I have to do something on my end that Im not aware of?

I have done this before and I don't remember having a problem like this.
