Forum phpbb with problem

Hi, one more time, the same problem with the forum (phpbb).
Don´t connect with database.
My domain is in lotus server.
Waiting for solutions

Does it give a reason?
Access denied maybe?

Have you ensured the correct user has been created with all privileges, and that that user has been assigned to the database correctly?

Update - I think I see what you're talking about now. I believe this is a server issue which needs attention from a system admin/tech. I dont think theres alot you can do apart from wait.

Mysql is having problems and it would give you "#1040 - Too many connections" im sure it will be fixed soon

The problem that occurs is the same as our friend Brinni1 is much connection to the server or in my database? What would be the limit?
