Forum running quite slow

My forum is www.thegurus.co.nr and if I access via www.thegurus.x10hosting.com then it's still slow

Can someone run the test in CMD, see if its me or if it is running slow.

The whole server has been having some issues tonight, it seems.
So, its not you. The forum has been up and down tonight - along with various accounts on the servers.
Some reports I have gotten from members are that there has been numerous DDoS attacks at various free hosting companies.
Although I can't confirm if thats what happen here, I can say the whole site has been having issues.
Hopefully things will be corrected soon.

Thank you for your reply and thanks for telling the truth. My friends has a forum on X10 hosting, exactly same as mine IPB 2.31 same as me but his is running normal x10 speed which is abnormally fast

Probably cause the server im on is slower? or the attacks or somet.
