Forum tied to website

I've been having a problem with my account being suspended saying I have to log into the forums, which I have been. So I go to log into x10hosting.com/account and it seems my forum login is no longer tied to my webhosting account, I entered it in and I am not recieving any email to the email account I first signed up with. I have also check every other email I could have possibly used and even the admin account on my webserver.

Well the problem is not really that it is suspended, because I was unsuspending it through the page it pushes me to. My real issue seems to be that my webserver account is no longer tied to my forum account, and when i try to log in and it asks me to tie the accounts im not recieving any confirmation email like it says it sent.
