Yeah, Corey and I have each noticed this, and it's being looking into somewhat. No clue what is going on.

You need an account to view it but its basically describing the problem is with cPanel and everyone appears to be 12 hours out.

Your host can run the following to fix it.
hwclock --hctosys
or
rdate -s rdate.cpanel.net

It looks fine for me, corey just needs to flush the sessions via the vBulletin ACP.
