Forumo password problem

I have reseted my password for the forum, but the password (code) that they send me to my email is wrong. I can't acess the forum at all.
forum username: fdlrutinas19
forum new password: *removed*
hosting username: fdlr
email: fdlrutinas@gmail.com

Did you try resetting it at http://x10hosting.com/control or else try it from the forums side.. Remember to click the activation link.
