found a mistake on the warnings page.. i circled the area.. and im pretty sure it should say "yes" instead of "no"

since a permanent ban IS a permanent ban.. saying a permanent ban is NOT a permanent ban is like saying 2 does not equal 2

just wanted to fix that discrepancy :hsdance:

we dont use that to ban people, just give them warnings... if we want to give out a perminent ban, we can use the mod control panel (or admin control panel for higher-ups)
