Hi Guys, hope someone can help with this. My ID is navprox1, and my site is navpro.x10host.com
When I attempt to go to my website at navpro.x10host.com, I get "The connection has timed out", with the error "The server at navpro.x10host.com is taking too long to respond."
I can log into my X10Host account, but I cannot go to my "Hosting Control Panel", as I experience a similar error message "The connection has timed out", with the error "An error occurred during a connection to x11.x10hosting.com:2222"
Can someone at X10Host kindly investigate and reset the connection if required, so that I can access both my website, and most importantly, have access to my "Hosting Control Panel" which at this stage does not seem possible
