Free Account Management Panel not displaying correctly

Uh... Since the recent changes, the management panel does not render anything close to what it should look like. I'm using IE 7. The top banner links only show small peices of submenus. And I can't get to the part that lets me manage my email accounts. As well, I have not been able to access my email via POP since the changes. Did the SMTP servers change? Please describe what settings would be different since the change.

Do you mean the cPanel or Account Panel?

About the top banner in cPanel, scroll down and click 'Full Graphics'.
