Free cPanel Hosting for German Site?

Can someone recommend a good free cPanel web host that will allow German sites? Sadly x10Hosting only allows sites that are in English, French, and Spanish.

I'm sorry. I don't believe we can do that. Google is your best friend. Look around for a while and I'm sure you'll find something.

You are allowed to have any language, as long as there are an English translation

You can even post the google translate gadget (or other similar) to your site and that would count as valid (at least that's what I were told when I asked before getting involved as staff).

Point is it should be easy for us to find a way to translate your site, be it by translation gadget or by you manually setting up a translation of your site.
