free domain name unresolved & cannot reset password for web cpanel

Hi
I am facing 2 problems
1. my free domain name is not being resolved by DNS
"perfectrpg.exofire.net"
So i cannot reach my server ; can you please look into it?

&

2. cannot reset password for web cpanel. Whenever I try to reset my passwd for the web admin cpanel.
i forced into reseting my forum's passwd, but I can never set my regular cpanel to what I want , after that reset.

are the forums & cpanel accts or passwds different ?
or is my acct locked?

Hi Rudra,

It appears to be your forum and hosting accounts are not linked. May be because of inactivity your hosting account might have suspended and then terminated.

You have to login to forums with in 31 days period to avoid inactivity suspension

Yes, Forum and Cpanel accounts are different.

You can re register hosting account using the same forum account for linking.
