free host domain and cPanel do not work

I have applied a free host from you,and you have sent a "you host can be used now"message to mamuhappy@163.com,which include the domain(engineering.x10.mx),and the URL of cPanel,but both can not be accessed,please help me.

The website loads fine on my computer. Clear your browser cache and flush your DNS, and try again.
