free hosting account creation wait time

I'm sure you get this a lot. but how long does it take for the hosting account to be created it's been 24 hours for me? I know it's free but other providers create your account instantly. And will I get an email when the account is created so I don't have to keep checking the site?

Please allow 24-72 hours for account creation. It depends on how long the creation queue is.
