Free hosting account for a brazilian citizen

Hello, support team.

I'd like to know if you are accepting applications for free web hosting account from Brazil. I'm a 53-year systems engineer interested in setup a Worpress blog and to test some php/mySQL applications I created.

I have 3 web accounts in freehostia for more than 2 years (2 of them free), but I 'm not totally satisfied with the no-smtp server rule for free accounts they have and I have read good opinions from you.
