Free Hosting Account Signup Issue

I am trying to register for x10hosting's free hosting account for last two days. I am always getting the same same error that says, ' We detected that you are accessing our services through proxy or trying to register multiple accounts. We do not allow this '. Error like this.
Can somebody help me, please ?

Now, i am getting a different error. It says that a user is already registered with the same email. I don't remember the error number. Can someone help me or register me.
