hi,
i've been having my adEnhanced account on stoli for about 2 weeks. it uses two databases (only one of which is used at a time) and php. now since the first day i started working on the site i've been experiencing severe connection problems. it's either site not responding or the ftp-server unreachable. sometimes the cpanel stops working too. now since the application i'm writing has to be very reliable in terms of availability, i wanted to ask if these downtimes are common and to be expected with the free service. now don't get me wrong, i'm not complaining or anything (it's a free service after all and - on the service side - a great one if i may say so) but i've been using a free german webhost in the past that never ever went down. so... have you guys been majorly updating the system lately or is temporary inaccessibility just part of the deal? and if so: will it get any better with the paid services?
thanks for your time in answering my questions, have a nice day y'all
chris
