Hi there.

I've read that with free account you have ASP support here at x10hosting. But, it seams that there is only PHP as a server side coding. So, is there any ASP support?

Thanx in advance.

there is indeed ASP support, it's just in the BETA stage. My site is written in ASP.NET (C#) and it is working fine. fakeworld.exofire.net/Default.aspx

Look at http://x10hosting.com/hosting which lists hosting options and features, it does not have ASP on it anywhere. I don't believe that they do support it.

Sorry, I stand corrected.. We posted at the same time. :)

OK, I've found that there is ASP support, but it seems that you can't have code in separate file. Only nasted code.

Am I right?

no... I have my code both nested and in 'code behind' form. Seems to work fine for me.

Like bigmanbfa2 said there is not ASP support, linux/unix servers doesn't have native ASP support, only windows based servers have.

Currently admins are working in adding ASP.NET support but is in beta stage if you have ASP.NET code then you may be invite to beta test.

Next time also use the search function in the forum, this has been discussed an incredible amount of times.

ASP.NET should be enabled and working on the Ad-Free server Cossacks.

that it is. Corey you rock.
everything seems fine except for database connectivity.
I probably need a firewall ip opening, but I'm not worried about it at the moment. I'm using php for SQL stuff right now.
