Free hosting comparison charts conflicts?

Hi,

I am curious if the free hosting actually support CGI/Perl feature, as I noticed in the comparison page with Free vs Paid x10hosting package here:

The advanced features like CGI/perl etc are disabled under the Free option.

However, in other comparison table with other hosts:

Most advanced features beside Shell access and remote MySQL are enabled under the Free option of x10hosting.

Hence, I am curious which features are actually disabled/enabled in the free package...

That's actually been brought up before, I'm re-advising the admins on this again.
