I suddently could not access files on x10Hosting. I tried to log in directly to my account and got a 500 Server error. Any info on this?

checking on my end i see an Inactivity Suspension.
you are required to log in every 30 days, so even waiting 31 days would trigger this.
staff will need to assist you further with this.
