is there any specific order in which free hosting applications are processed? im not complaining, but i mean, i see people with posts that are a couple days old and still havent gotten approved.. is it going from most recent to least recent? vice versa? or completely random?

So if you bump your application it's just making it worse for you because it moves it up.
