Free Hosting Site Problems?

I've been trying to update my site for a few days now. When I try to update it from Microsoft Publisher 2007 it says it can't find the domain. Then I got online and logged into x10Hosting and it says that I am using 5mb out of 0mb. Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on?

The Disk Space that is shown as available in the Account Panel hasn't been updated, hence the 0MB. What address are you using in Publisher to publish the page however?
