No, at this time there's no way that you can get free hosting.
As Dead-i posted above most of the blocks we have in place are due to a high level of previous abuse from users signing up from those countries.
In a number of cases the block is due to US law making it illegal to offer service to those countries. I believe Iran is among those where there is an US trade embargo making it illegal for us to offer service, this means that you unfortunately can't get any kind of service from us, free or paid.
