free server spammer?

hey, i'm trying to upload a forum for a friend and the server is going wacko! i'm trying to upload it and it like disconnects every other second. it's really messed up, i checked the server status page and it says everything is up...?

there wasnt no spammer.. just the http went down for a while.

When the server goes down or is slow, it doesn't always necessarily mean someone is spamming.

Well, I though so because the last time it was said that there was a spammer, and I could see the server load increasing every second before it finally went down. This time the same thing has happened, that's why I said it. But anyway, I'm just a noob, thanks god you're here to help us <img>
