and sign up for free, then you can enter phone number of the people you would like to text and then the messages will be sent... The people can then send u messages back by replying to a unique number that is sent when you send the message. Check it out... its really sweet

If you sign into t-mobile or verizon, I think they let you send text messages from the main website.

i didnot tried that, but you can send sms to airtel of andhra pradesh by sending email to the number@airtelap.com by gmail
