Free Tools to create an SFTP or FTPS Server

Please list some free tools to create an SFTP or FTPS Server.

I only know of one. It is encrypted by using SSH 2 (Remote Login Protocol)

SSH was developed for the Unix and Linux Operating Systems.

This program comes with Cygwin (Unix Emulator) and is easily installed.

All you need to worry about is configuring the SFTP Server.

BE WARNED, THERE IS NO GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE FOR THIS SFTP SERVER!!

You will also need an SFTP client such as WinSCP.

You will probably want to configure WinSCP also, which is easy and only takes a couple of minutes.
