dumb reason. They're in America so why would they care about the "Gaza thingy".

They ban IP addresses because of spamming, phishing etc from a certain IP Block.

Lol no. The IP Address structure was built that way. Every country has a certain IP block assigned to them and x10 must've banned Egypt's IP Address block.

Click the link "Support" and Open a support ticket.

Use your forum username and password and tell them about the issue.

They're nice people and you just have to talk to them
