I can't access my website: http://jacqkrol.x10.mx anymore. I haven't accessed it for a long time, but wanted to update it.

one of the requirements for a free website is that you
must sign in at least once every 30 days to keep account.
if you dont your account would be suspended.
if after another 28 days (58 total) you havent signed in,
then your account would be deleted.

if it has been longer than that time your account is purged.
and only if available, staff may be able to restore it.
but only if its been a few months.

Your account was on the Illuminated Server. It's a really long story, but these accounts didn't transfer in December 2019 when the software was updated. I'll put in a request to get your account fixed.

I can't logon anymore as an email is asked, and the email I had isn't recognized (it is also an obsolete email). I als see that web-site is still off-line. What do I need to do ?

I have changed my email account in personal settings, but trying to logon, first reset password, no new password was sent to my email account.

you will need to be patient and wait for x10 staff to review your post.
These forums depend on members helping other members when possible,
