Freehosting account creation problem

Hello, I have attempted to create an account, gone through the registration, received the confirmation email, logged into my newly created account. I could see the screen where it said the request is pending.

After a few minutes it reported an error saying I have to reattempt or cancel the account creation. So I tried to reattempt, but after going through the procedure again, it prompted me to login to the account by my forum login.

I then logged in and it said that I didnt have a link to an account, also stating that if "you've recently signed up to find that your account errored during creation, and you selected to "reattempt" or "cancel" your account signup, you will see this message until you sign up for an account again"

I was also provided with a link to the support, but all i get is a letter "j" on that page.

Now I am stuck with just endlessly trying to reattempt at registering a new account and cant solve it.

Any help? My account name is xyzo, my forum account name is xyzo269, my desired domain prefix is port3351.

I have a similar problem but I haven't even received the confirmation email. And I'm also seeing the letter 'j' on all the help pages.

ok, after a few more tries I have managed to successfully reattempt the account creation, now awaiting the hosting account creation, hopefully it will work this time

after a fourth successful time receiving the confirmation email, it finally worked, so I guess its over... well thanks for help anyway
