I just started hosting my website, but there a frequent 500 errrors.

Why is there a mysql based chatbox on your site?

You got suspended for it; the issue was likely related to permissions (folders should be 755, files 644), but when you've got stuff that's breaking the TOS it's not helping things :/

The mysql chatbox suspensions are one of the zero tolerance suspensions, and it's stated in the TOS you agreed to on signup. We can't unsuspend it now.

Well, then...
If it's possible, can you just delete the website? And maybe even the account?

Due to the fact that this is a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service your account will remain permanently suspended for at least 14 days - could be considerably longer - and the account (and website) will be deleted.
We do not expedite account deletions under these circumstances.
