Frequent Account Suspension Due to High Resource Usage

I've been suspended 3 times today alone. I've read that this may be caused by Worpdress plug-ins installed. I am unable to provide the list of plug-ins I use right now.

Is there a way to resolve this without having to uninstall the plug ins?

I am also unable to request for Unsuspension.

Your account is already unsuspended.

Plugins are usually the main source of problems on free hosting with WordPress, so you probably need to remove a plugin or two.

Remove any caching plugin like WP Super Cache. While this saves CPU, the initial generating of the static HTML files is what probably triggers suspension.

Hello.

The most likely cause of high resource suspension is your WP Super Cache plugin on forwardthis.net. The initial generating of the static HTML files is what triggers suspension.

Thanks, Brian. I have removed that domain from my account. I don't understand why it's even showing on my Account Management Panel. It's also showing in the public_html directory. Should it be a problem if I delete it from there?
