Frequent Downtimes (absolut)

I wonder, how come I've been experiencing frequent downtimes on this server? Frequent as in everyday, and more than once per day. These downtimes usually last 5 minutes, more or less, but happen more than enough. I am curious.

They are currently terminating a lot of accounts that is probably why you are having problems.
