Fresh Start Account

Can an admin please delete everything in my website so i can get a fresh start the way i had it when i first signed up because some folders and files will not delete!! Please Help

Go to file manager legacy and delete everything it's faster then doing it by FTP And less stress 4 asking people to do it When u could do it yourself..
