go to your web site the to and add:
Your Web Site.com:2082/frontend/x3/filemanager
/upload-ajax.html?file=&fileop=&dir=%2Fhome%2Fhrc%2Fpublic_html&dirop=
to the address bar to upload.
and to make it you homepage go to redirects on cPanel.
No one can or will do that for you.
