FrontPage Extension

Hello
Whenever I am trying to install FrontPage extensions I receive this message:

Saving .htaccess file: /home/kfit/public_html/.htaccess
Error: The server extensions were unable to access the file "srm.conf". Please check the file permissions.
Merging .htaccess file: /home/kfit/public_html/.htaccess
Setting Password
Frontpage passthough auth enabled in /home/kfit/public_html!
Frontpage was installed on the following domains: kfit.x10.mx

I need FrontPage to registration page to be able to send emails with details.
