FrontPage Extensions

Dear Tech support:
While I was trying install FrontPage Extensions, I go follow messege

Saving .htaccess file: /home/cyhsiao/public_html/.htaccess
Error: The server extensions were unable to access the file "srm.conf". Please check the file permissions.
Merging .htaccess file: /home/cyhsiao/public_html/.htaccess
Setting Password
Frontpage passthough auth enabled in /home/cyhsiao/public_html!
Frontpage was installed on the following domains: roberthsiao.x10.mx

Could you please help me to figure it out.

FrontPage Extensions are no longer supported here. Please use ftp to upload your site's files instead.
