Hey guys... sorry to have to post (I always feel bad incase I've got it wrong), but I have followed Byron's Instructions <http://forums.x10hosting.com/showthread.php?t=16059> and I am still having trouble accessing my page through ftp.
The control panel login http://#####.exofire.net/cpanel works fine with my login and password, except just this morning, for no apparent reason, my normal ftp access doesn't work (through CuteFtpPro). I keep getting the all time classic;

And It's been like this for the last hour or two... can anyone PLEASE help me, I am having a lot of difficulty, and am at the same time anxious that this is normal for it to go down or maybe that I am not posting in the right forum or whichever it should be?
