FTP Access problem

I cant seem to do anything to my website using FTP successfull login it just sits and waits for welcome message. can anyone assist?

STATUS [03/02/2010 18:37:47] Socket connected. Waiting for welcome message...
ERROR [03/02/2010 18:38:48] Timeout (60000 ms) occurred on receiving server response.
STATUS [03/02/2010 18:38:48] Waiting 30 seconds...

Try
server name ftp.akatsuki.elementfx.com
username is your cpanel username.

If the problem still persists post back here.

The chopin server is under migration. So that may be cause of connection fail.

check the status at http://status.x10hosting.com

Thanks for the letting me know on that but as i have the document it says my server is Server ‐ Starka.x10 and my cpanel is "http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082" anyways will wait for the migration of all servers then will check it again.

Starka was your old server..
Your new server is chopin.. Because Starka merged into chopin recently..

So Now your cpanel URL is http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082
Once migration done all problem will be sorted.
