FTP Access

Hi all,

Since x10hosting is back running up. I've tried to download a back-up of my website from the FTP. I didn't manage to get into the folder.

The connection to the FTP is ok. (user and password accepted) but once I'm on the ftp. My ftp client goes in "Passive mode" and tries to display the folder list.
At this moment, it gives many retries between different IP address without showing me the folders.

Is there something I missed ?

Try turning off PASV mode.
