Hi, I've not updated my site for some time now and when I tried to log on in my ftp account (root ftp with johnsw2 user) I realize that my password is not valid any more. It used to be the same as my cpanel password but it's not working now. My ftp client reports "530 Login incorrect." right after password feed. So currently I can't log into ftp & update my site.
Any way I can reset it to back to normal (same as my cpanel's)?
