I've tried to add an FTP account so someone can upload resources for a site I'm working on. Whenever I try logging in with those specific details, it tells me I've entered a wrong password. I've tried using both virtualtour.x10hosting.com and ftp.virtualtour.x10hosting.com, I've tried changing the password after, I've even tried adding another account to see if it was the username at fault. Nothing works. I'm using FlashFXP as my FTP client and it works fine for my primary FTP account. Any help would be appreciated.
